TRACE Wildlife Forensics Network is pleased to announce that it has been awarded funding for a three-year research and development project aimed at building wildlife forensics capacity in the ASEAN region (S E Asia).  The award has been made by the UK's Darwin Initiative program which funds overseas research in support of CBD, CITES and CMS.

The project starts in September 2009 and is being conducted in partnership with TRAFFIC SE Asia, TRAFFIC International and ASEAN-WEN, the regional wildlife enforcement network.
